Winter Wonderland

Let me first start off by saying Blogmas is not going as well as I thought it would! And it’s not because I’m not doing anything, but it’s simply because too much is happening that I haven’t found myself having the time to sit down and blog about my day, nonetheless upload photos (of which I haven’t taken!!!!!!)

I’ve yet to decorate the inside of our house fully yet, for the same reason as above – by the time I get home, I’m just ready to get into my pajamas and crash. But something did happen last night that carried on into the early morning of today leaving me wide awake and not wanting to sleep at all!

IT SNOWED! ACTUAL SNOW!!!!! IN SOUTH TEXAS! Usually we just get ice that everyone calls snow, but for the first time in I don’t know how many years, there was legitimate snowfall in Houston and it’s the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!

And obviously it isn’t a huge deal to a good majority of people who live in America, but we have winters that are usually in the mid 70s, so to have a snowy one, it gets everyone down here in the Christmas spirit!

It’s supposed to snow for a couple more hours, and I definitely won’t be sleeping until it stops completely, so I’m almost certain there will be another post dedicated to this wonderful day!
